Training and capacity building is fundamental for any important change in the habits, cultures and practices of individuals and organisations. PSC is active and experienced in areas that require societal development, therefore change in habits and culture to enable positive change. As such, it is imperative to teach and coach individuals and organisations to work on improving the environment, to engage in sustainable practices, to promote the three R (reduce, reuse, recycling), to understand the real value of social responsibility and the strategies that enable it, to understand the new EU strategies like the circular economy, to learn how to respect and protect Privacy and Personal Data. PSC offers training and workshops in all these areas. They can be organised in-house or as open seminars and can be financially supported for Cyprus, by the Cyprus Human Resource Development Authority (HRDA). Kyriakos is a certified trainer of HRDA and has presented numerous training sessions to clients directly or on behalf of esteemed organisations like the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI).
